The bulk of the video is a spoof of the "meeting Chiyuri" cutscene from Touhou 3: Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream. In the spoof, Reimu sneaks into the Lighthouse in order to release her album, only to run face-to-face into Wood Man. Wood Man initially tries to stop her, claiming that she lost her chance for the album when ZUN failed to win either King for a Daytournament, but Reimu "persuades him" via brute force. The video then ends with a short "He will never have a girlfriend" meme segment that references the trend of viewers asking for a Touhou album in rips' comment sections.
Wood Man: You and your creator had your chance fair and square twice, yet were unable to make the cut. I'm afraid I'll have to stop you now.
