On September 10, 2021, an event dedicated to the 9+10=21 video occurred on the SiIvaGunner channel.

The channel comes back from its break following "A SLAM!ing Announcement", uploading two rips. They are both large, with the video lengths being 21:00 and 2:10:00, respectively. Both rips follow up from the Not Funny Didn't Laugh Day event (9/10/19, being the 9+10=19 counterpart to 9/10/21).
- "BGM 21 - Elf: The Movie": Concluding the joke game rips of the game which were uploaded during 9/10/19.
- "Main Theme - Vine": A compilation of videos that are mostly similar in theme to the ones uploaded on 9/10/19.
Near the end of the premiere of "Main Theme - Vine", the banner was changed to have the lighthouse covered by a crude crop of the kid from the "9 + 10" Vine.
The next day (September 11), the TikTok video "Finally Successfully time travels to the past", which consists of one of the sections of the "Main Theme - Vine" rip, and "Spontaneous Bootay (Beta Mix) - South Park: The Fractured but Whole" were uploaded, and then the channel's break resumed until the Legends of the Western Sunset finale (September 14).
