"A CERTIFIED HOOD ANNOUNCEMENT" is the announcement video for the album SUPER GANGSTA BROS. MIXTAPE (PROD. HALTMANN WORK$$$).

Summary

This is a Gangsta Mario-themed animation made to resemble a crude 00s-era Newgrounds Flash animation. In the animation, Gangsta Mario tells Luigi he's a gangsta now, kills him, plugs in his album, and drives away.

The description also refers to Gangsta Mario's "passing" (which is a continuation of a gag from "Shelter - FIFA 17").

[We see a Newgrounds-style preloader. The preloader features the Newgrounds logo, but with the text reading "SIIVAGROUNDS" and with Wood Man in the tank. Next to the logo is a "Snow halation"-themed Hentai Pass ad. At the bottom of the screen is a loading bar in the form of a blunt being smoked. When the bar ends, the stock Newgrounds play button appears and is pressed.] [Text: "LEVEL 6-9"] [We open on Gangsta Mario kicking Toad's severed head into a block, as Luigi walks in behind his back.
