At 0:12, "For Funky Fish" by Cerror is melody-swapped with "Meet the Flintstones", with the "Stanky Legg" vocals pitch-shifted to match and the "Stanky Legg" single cover art flipped accordingly. At 0:25, when the other sources are added, "For Funky Fish" is melody-swapped with "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)", with the sources all pitch-shifted accordingly. At 0:37, audio of Jack Black saying "Up your ass!" from "Drive Thru" by Tenacious D is pitch-shifted to the melody as several GIFs of Silentó dancing are added on top of the album cover of SiIvaGunner's Highest Quality Rips: Volume GS and text saying "you just lost the gam e" appears at the top of the screen. At 0:41, a cropped pornographic image of Thanos fades in on top of the album cover and the fart sound from "Nerf This!" plays.
The video description of this rip is almost directly copied from the original "A Stanky Announcement". The only difference is that the rip's mix name is added on the first line.
