"An Essential Announcement" is the high quality album announcement video for SiIvaGunner: Starter Kit & Essentials.
It was unlisted sometime before April 4, 2019, possibly since it was superseded by the video "Welcome to SiIvaGunner!" which announces the same album with a more relevant video.

This video begins with this YouTube upload (now defunct) of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Wimoweh)" by The Tokens. However, once the Windows Movie Maker caption reading "The Tokens" appears, an identical Windows Movie Maker caption appears reading "more like THe TOKERS". The video then cuts to the music video for "Crab Rave", albeit desaturated and slowed down. White text appears that says "SIIVAGUNNER / IS GONE!!", in the format of the "OBAMA / IS GONE!!" meme. A few moments later, new text appears saying "NEW SIIVA ESSENTIALS / ALBUM OUT NOW!!"
The rip that plays in the background is a mashup of "Crab Rave" and "The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Wimoweh)" with "Crab Rave" pitch-shifted to the track. At 0:46, Loud Nigra is pitched-shifted as well.
At 1:03, the rip abruptly cuts off, leaving the album cover for "The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Wimoweh)", but with the band name reading "The Tokers", and with Steve Jobs' face superimposed on one of the members. Steve Jobs can be heard saying "iPhone", which echoes and fades out as the rip ends.

- A version of this rip was shown at the start of the MAGFest 2019 SiIvaGunner panel, but with "WELCOME 2 / THE SIIVA PANEL" instead of the album announcement, and with "The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Wimoweh)" being unaltered except for Loud Nigra.
- The album release is an extended version that lasts 2:39 and does not contain the abrupt stop.
