This is a mashup between the Alstroemeria Records cover of "Bad Apple!!" and "Space Jam". Starting at 1:23, "Space Jam"'s chorus is pitch-shifted and sentence-mixed to match "Bad Apple!!"'s vocal progression. At 4:52, the vocals switch to "Brand New Jam", an unreleased Quad City DJ's song meant for Space Jam: A New Legacy.
The video uses an edited version of the thumbnail with the game's Japanese title replaced with the word "SLAM!" and with Charles Barkley's face superimposed over Reimu and Marisa, with the ying-yang near Marisa's foot replaced with a basketball.
