Bob Dylan (born Robert Allen Zimmerman, May 24, 1941) is an American poetic songwriter and singer mainly known for his songs "Blowin' in the Wind", "The Times They Are a-Changin" and "Like a Rolling Stone", among others. His lyrics are often influenced by politics, such as the Civil Rights Movement. Dylan has been making music since the 1960s and continues to tour. He is considered to be one of the greatest songwriters of all time, and won a Nobel Prize in literature in 2016.

Bob Dylan is a minor meme which originated in the Pre-Reboot era of SiIvaGunner. Bob Dylan rips are poorly done covers done by PinkieOats in a Bob Dylan impression. Sometimes Dylan's official music is used, like in Stage Select - Mega Man 3.
Creation
The first Bob Dylan rip ever recorded was for the The Phantom Rips. The rip, Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday - Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, was a cover recorded on a low quality microphone as a random idea. The gimmick grew in popularity, prompting Chaze the Chat to insist that an album be put out. [1]
The meme was cemented in SiIvaGunner history with an album called Ooooooooo I Smoke The Weed, I'm Bob Dylan, featuring rips made for the album.
