The advertised track is both melodyswapped and mashed up with "Puzzle Room".

From 0:11 to 0:22, a part of the melody changes to The Nutshack theme, and from 0:57 to 1:08, it changes to "Snow halation".

From 1:10 to 1:19, the vocal samples from the advertised track are replaced with portions of Vinesauce Joel's reaction to the game over screen from the Felix the Cat bootleg game.

At 1:20, the track becomes mashed up with the "Puzzle Room - Kirby: Planet Robobot" rip, and the infamous ДА and НЕТ buttons from that rip appear on the screen. Before YouTube removed annotations, clicking "ДА" would lead the viewer to the video "Y'all mind if I praise God", reuploaded by Black Vines, while clicking "НЕТ" would skip the video to 1:47.

Letting the rip play on its own will show one of Sonic's hands slowly creeping towards the "ДА" button, only to switch to "НЕТ" at 1:45. The rip cuts to black until 1:47, where a drawing of Kirby with Harlequin ichthyosis (similar to the one from the "Puzzle Room (Rhythm Code) - Kirby Planet Robobot" rip) appears, accompanied by an arrangement of the Felix the Cat game over screen music in the style of the advertised track. In addition, Kirby is wearing a Santa Claus hat, and the text in the bottom left corner says "Merry Christmas" in Russian.
