Bootleg Day was a channel event on the SiIvaGunner channel dedicated to bootleg video games in 2023. It occurred on July 7 (7/7) in reference to 7 GRAND DAD.

All rips uploaded on this day were of, or featured references to, various bootleg games.
During the event, the avatar was changed to a pixelated version, while the banner was changed to be in the style of the first stage of 7 GRAND DAD, with the lighthouse featuring three different Mario sprites from games in the Mario 7-in-1 bootleg collection:
- Mario with Fred Flintstone's body from 7 GRAND DAD.
- Mario with Jackie Chan's body from Super Bros. 10: Kung Fu Mari.
- Mario with Kid Niki's body from Super Mario 14.
One hour into the event, the avatar was changed again to a bootleg-style illustration of SiIvaGunner. Near the end of the event, the avatar was changed once more to a different pixelated illustration of SiIvaGunner with a mustache, the Fred Flintstone star added to his hair, and in the colors of Grand Dad from the 7 GRAND DAD title screen, while the banner was changed to also be in the colors of Grand Dad with the Fred Flintstone star added over the lighthouse, in the same spot as Grand Dad on the regular banner, and a "1992 1" added to the bottom of the banner.
