This rip starts out mirroring the Sonic Mania soundtrack uploads on the official Sonic the Hedgehog channel (which do not include "Built to Rule"). At 0:10, the text "TITANIC MONARCH ZONE ACT 1" fades out and is replaced with "~ VOCAL VERSION". At 0:18, AprylAnonymous sings original lyrics, accompanied by karaoke-style singalong text.

At 1:08, the gameplay footage and logo fade into a shot of the Titanic Monarch. The screen then inverts with a Phantom Ruby sound, then fades back to normal, but with the head of Tennesee the pizza freak from the "TOTINO BOY" video pasted over the Titanic Monarch, and with "SONIC MANIA ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK" replaced with "TOTINO'S MANIA ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK". The Totino's Mania logo then appears, and AprylAnonymous sings "TOTINO BOY"-themed lyrics for the rest of the rip.
