Hotline Miami 3 is a top-down shooter developed by Dennaton Games and the third installment in the Hotline Miami series. It is a direct sequel to Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number.
This is actually a fake game created for the E3 2019 event. This game's thumbnail is taken from the post-credits scene of Hotline Miami 2, which depicts a hypothetical title sceen for the game before suddenly rewinding back to the real title sceen.
Dennaton Games themselves have stated they have no plans of ever making a third Hotline Miami game, as the second game was created in mind as the series' finale.
