Paper Mario: Color Splash is a game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo on the Wii U. The game's composers are Fumihiro Isobe, Takeru Kanazaki and Shigemitsu Goto.
Originally, Paper Mario: Color Splash was mainly a joke game, with most rips prior to "Indigo Underground - Paper Mario: Color Splash" being of rips either referencing the negative reaction around the game or related to the Rescue V promotion.
