Syobon Action

Syobon Action, also known as Cat Mario, is a Japanese platform game parodying Super Mario Bros. developed for PC by "Chiku" and released as freeware in February 2007. The game is infamous for its status as a "rage game", being incredibly frustrating with unpredictable traps that subvert the player's knowledge of the original Super Mario Bros.. Its soundtrack mainly consists of songs from other games, such as Action 52 and Puyo Puyo.
