Thundersnail is a minigame in Undertale that can be played at Napstablook's snail farm in Waterfall for the price of 10G.
Despite not existing as a standalone game, this is not listed as a fake game in Haltmann's Archives. In any case, the thumbnail was completely made up for the channel and the rip is just an original arrangement of the track "Thundersnail" from Undertale.
