"Urban Darkness Part 08: Sparse" (also known as "Darkness") is a stock track composed by Bjørn Lynne. It is a frequently ripped track on the SiIvaGunner channel.
Overview[]
"Darkness" is an ambient track composed by Bjørn Lynne for his Urban Darkness collection, a series of stock compositions that, after purchase, could be used in several external projects.
The track was featured in the first Five Nights at Freddy's game, being used as the music for the game's title screen. The track was replaced in the console releases of the game, with an original track taking its place. This is notably the only non-stock track in these re-releases.
There are currently 19 rips of "Darkness" on the SiIvaGunner channel; however, the only true edit based on this track is "Darkness (Alpha Mix) - Five Nights at Freddy's". Otherwise, the track has been ripped under multiple different names, with each alternate title having a specific joke:
"Darkness", aside from the aforementioned rip, is used for rips featuring "The Real Slim Shady" by Eminem, referencing the first rip of the track.
"Title Theme" is used to upload edits of the title screen of Five Nights at Freddy's, and these rips feature unedited audio.
The joke for "Main Theme" also extends to the rest of the Five Nights at Freddy's series. Rips listed under "Main Theme" are always switcheroos with the song by The Living Tombstone based on the game.
