The rip starts off normally until 0:08, where the advertised track transitions to an edit of "The Real Slim Shady" by Eminem, with its instruments arranged to play "Meet the Flintstones". Every instance of the word "Slim Shady" is replaced with "GiIvaSunner". Later at 0:42, the lyrics are replaced with various Vinesauce Joel audio clips, including Joel's reaction to 7 GRAND DAD and his stream of the fan hack Grand Dad The 13th on March 9, 2016.[1]
