"Deeper Down the Rabbit Hole - Walt Disney’s Alice in Wonderland" is a high quality rip of "Deeper Down the Rabbit Hole" from Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland.
Jokes[]
This rip is a response to a then-recent incident regarding the popular sample-based musician Nick "Pogo" Bertke, where a 2016 video resurfaced of him going on a disturbing homophobic rant. Pogo would later go on to apologize, saying the rant was an attempt at trolling.
The rip is an original composition in the style of Pogo's music and music videos, but with all the clips being from The Nutshack. Significantly, clips of the character Phil saying "He's not gay, okay", of the character Tito saying "You're gay", and of a stereotypical gay man character are repeatedly used. At 2:10, a video game in The Nutshack is replaced with an animation featuring sprites from the advertised game and from Aladdin for the Sega Genesis. At 2:42, a whistling sample used throughout the rip faintly plays "Meet the Flintstones", and at 2:47 plays the four "It's the Nutshack" notes. At the end of the song, a clip plays of the Nutshack character Dwayne Futon crying, "Aw, c'mon! I'm not gay! I'm just lonely... and hungry... and... I like you guys..." At the end of this clip, Pogo's animated logo appears, except "Pogo" is replaced with "Gay" in the same typeface, one of the rabbit logo's ears has the eyepatch from SiIvaGunner's avatar animated onto it, and the URL for SiIvaGunner's Bandcamp appears below.
This rip contains no audio elements from Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland; the game choice, and the Alice/Aladdin gag, reference Pogo's remixes of classic Disney films.
