This is a YTPMV mostly centered around the advertised track and sketches from The Eric Andre Show, mainly the original "Bird Up!" sketch. Various other jokes are interspersed throughout:

At the start, the rip plays the "I have a secret" scene from season 2, episode 6 of The Eric Andre Show. When the eyes appear, Mario's mustache and Cappy from Super Mario Odyssey slide down onto Eric Andre as the text "maric andrio???" appears in the bottom right corner.
At 0:16, "Super Mario Smoking Weed The Movie" by من قبل عن طريق appears inside the greenscreen outfit.
At 0:24, the bird on Eric Andre's shoulder bobs to the music in the bottom left corner and is edited to have accordion-playing hands (edited from the popular YTPMV source "Rude Ass Ray") and floating musical notes, accompanying the "Bird Up!" bird sound being pitch-shifted to the accordion in the advertised track. As well as that, gameplay of "Ricco Harbor" and a "Secret Course" level appears inside the greenscreen outfit.
At 0:42, the visuals transition to incorporating elements from The Eric Andre Show (mainly Henry Rollins' appearance in season 2 episode 9 of The Eric Andre Show) into Delfino Plaza with the Super Mario Sunshine HUD. Mario's head on the lives counter is replaced with Eric Andre, Gerald is recolored and edited to appear as three Piantas, Questlove is seated behind three watermelon blocks, the Bowser television is on Andre's desk and briefly shows a clip of Henry Rollins stand-up show in 2001, and then this video of a chicken walking upright at 0:50, and the segment's "lyrics" are transcribed with captions based on text in the advertised game.
At 1:10, the visuals transition into this video (original video with sound not found), while another clip from Henry Rollins' stand-up show plays.
At 1:11, the rip transitions to the "Snail Down!" sketch from season 3, episode 10 of The Eric Andre Show, which is quickly interrupted by the "FUCK YOU" from "HOTEL MARIO YOUTUBE POOP" by BigBowsaALT and unknown images of a recursive Circle Game character and a frustrated person.
