After a few seconds, we hear the original track from the game (which is just sounds of The Void destroying the dimension Mario and his party were currently exploring). Homer's scream from the episode "Moaning Lisa" is heard towards the end, echoing into silence.
This rip was one of the very last ones uploaded before the end of the Reboot, explaining why it seems to depict the destruction of a Reboot meme.
