The first rip to ever include this meme was "Underground BGM (Alternate Mix) - Super Mario Bros. 3", where the melody changed into the tune of the video "HAPPY BIRTH SHAQ" by Jinxuiable, a variation of "Differences™". Later it's been included in other rips, like "Sound Effect: Storm Eye Incoming - Fortnite". Usually, rips that incorporate "Differences™" use the strange, dissonant six-note melody played by the sound effects in the video. The melody is C#, high A, F, B, high Gb, D.
