The video consists of three frames of a dog (specifically an Australian shepherd) jumping/"dancing" while "We No Speak Americano" by Yolanda Be Cool and DCUP plays. It is repeatedly interrupted by a stock Windows XP scream (originally from the Bainbridge Records stock CDs). The video concludes with a Mario scream from Super Mario 64, followed by an explosion sound.

Due to the bizarre nature of the video, it became popular within YTPMV / ripping circles.
The joke began usage on SiIvaGunner within "Dimension Heist - UFO Special Stage - Sonic Mania" on November 17, 2017, in which the scream is pitch shifted to the track at 0:59. This is the main utilization of the source, and appears in most rips featuring it.
Other rips appear to broaden the source into utilizing just "We No Speak Americano" as a joke, such as "Lost Woods (Complete Version) - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" (a mashup centered on the history of channel memes), or "Trailer Sting (Beta Mix) (Beta Mix) (Beta Mix) (Beta Mix) (Beta Mix) (Beta Mix) - Garten of Banban" (a rip that builds on itself uploaded for April Fools' Day 2023, mainly utilizing sources that are memes).
