"Doin' Your Mom - Pimp Hand Strong!" is a high quality rip of "Doin' Your Mom" from Pimp Hand Strong!.

Joke[]

The rip is a parody of "Doin' Your Mom" by Ray William Johnson and his band Fatty Spins based around filing income tax returns. The original "Doin' Your Mom" song plays in the background while several singers sing over it.

Lyrics[]

Taken from the YouTube video Closed Captions:

Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
Doin doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes

Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
Doin doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes

Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
Doin doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes

I'm doing my taxes, yes mine
Taxation isn't theft or extortion, it's fine
It pays for public roads and highways that we drive
And public services so society can thrive

Back in revolutionary times we said
"Yo Britain, get bended"
We ain't cool with payin' tax if we ain't bein' represented
Eight years later and we had our own country
So now we pay tax to Maintain. Public. Utilities.

I've been filing my taxes like I am Kirby
If you roll solo, then doing them is free
Make sure you that you're getting all your forms in on time
Or your employer will be saying:
"FILE YOUR W-9"

Yeah I ditched TurboTax 'cause that shit wasn't free
Quickbooks Pro?
H&R;?
Man that ain't for me
If you have annual income that exceeds 10 stacks
Then you're never too young to pay an income tax

Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes
Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes

I like a big RETURN and I cannot lie
You other brothers can't deny that I'm right (you know)
Foreign financial assets?
Bitch please
Interest in dividends?
I know what that means

But the bureau's the best, the I-I-I-R-S
They'll set up a payment plan to help you file tax
If you don't then that's tax eva-a-a-sion
I wouldn't skip paying your tax at all

That's how they got Ja Rule, and they got Al Capone
They arrested Yoshi while he was in his own home
It's tax season this year and my wallet is lackin'
My rate is going up cause I'm in a new bracket

It's so fuckin frustatin when I need to file my form
I [scribbling sound] hope I get a good return
So if you ain't doin' yours then I don't wanna have this
Cause I'm in the books every year doin my taxes

Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes
Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes

I'm filing my own taxes That makes me smarter than you.
I'm filing my own taxes That makes me smarter than you.

Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes
Doin' our taxes doin' doin' our taxes
You know we're smart, we're doin' our taxes

Yo what are you gonna do in celebration of your tax return?
I'm gonna open a sprite
[Sprite opening sounds]
Ahhhhhh

Lyrical jokes[]

  • The function of taxes are to pay for public functions, and are integral in sustaining a public system such as a government. Though many people dislike paying taxes, they are the most crucial funding source for any government.
  • The lines about "revolutionary times" is a reference to the American Revolution, which was motivated in part by "taxation without representation".
  • The line about Kirby is a reference to Kirby Does His Taxes.
  • "W-9" is one of the forms submitted to one's employer so they can report one's earnings for Tax Day.
  • TurboTax, Quickbooks Pro, and H&R are all services offering help on filing taxes.
  • "If you have annual income that exceeds 10 stacks" refers to the lowest income tax bracket of $9,525 (about "10 stacks" of $1000; $10000) for unmarried Americans in 2018.[1] Unmarried Americans who make over this amount annually must pay income tax, hence the line: "Then you're never too young to pay an income tax."
  • The lines about "returns" are slightly misleading. The correct term for the sum the government pays a person back for taxes they have overpaid is "refund", not "return".
  • The lines about tax evasion reference Ja Rule, who was convicted for tax evasion in 2011, and Al Capone, whose criminal empire was brought down because of his tax evasion conviction. One line mentions Yoshi, and refers to Yoshi Commits Tax Fraud.
  • The line "My rate is going up cause I'm in a new bracket" is a reference to tax brackets, which determine the rate of income tax for a person based on their annual earnings.
