"Not Like Us" by Kendrick Lamar is mashed up with several "Emote" tracks from Fortnite: "Disco Fever" starting at 0:02, "Boots 'N' Cats" and the advertised track starting at 0:06, and "Dance Moves" at 4:27. At 1:09, the player death sound effect from Fortnite plays after the line "Tryna strike a chord and it's probably A minor" in "Not Like Us".
Additionally, instead of the thumbnail, the video shows a parody of the cover art of "Not Like Us" using an image from a tweet by @polaqwym, consisting of a top-down image of Grand Glacier from Season 1 of Fortnite Chapter 5 with several player markers added over.

This rip was posted the day after "Super Mario All Stars SMB3 World 6 Map (Short Version)", a rip that involves "Family Matters" by Drake, and "Rec Room (NA Version) - Super Mario 64 DS", which involves "meet the grahams" by Kendrick Lamar. This was done to reference the timings at which the sampled songs were released.
