Summary

Originally, "Fallen Down" was one of several songs Toby Fox made for the album I Miss You - EarthBound 2012.

The song was later reused for Undertale, within which it plays during several interactions with Toriel. An alternate variant, "Fallen Down (Reprise)", plays near the end of the True Pacifist Route. Another alternate variant, referred to as "Empty House" by the Undertale Demo OST, plays in Toriel's house if she has been killed.
