The rip is layered with a chiptune instrument playing to the tune of "Meet the Flintstones" at 0:08, then a laugh track is heard from 0:15 to the end of the rip. If you listen closely enough Loud Nigra can also be heard during this laugh track at around 0:19-0:20.
The classic laugh track (coupled with the black & white tone of the Monochrome Pause) is a reference to the status of 7 GRAND DAD as an old meme that shouldn't be funny anymore (but still kinda is).
The album title is a reference to a line from the Angry Video Game Nerd's Battletoads review, in which he states, "And when you pause the game, you get this catchy beat."
