This is a medley mashup, with some melodyswap and melody addition elements, set to the original remix.
At 0:02, the color channels of the thumbnail are displaced in a repeating left-and-right motion. At 0:08, a blurry circular shadow appears, followed by holes appearing in the artwork and revealing a spoof of the artwork featuring the following:
