Meme culture[]

The first ever meme-like creation to feature "Fireflies" was a video, that dumb song fireflies with dog and cat instead of person, by wheel able. The song was later used in bass-boost remixes, in the following years. It then gained another renaissance in 2017, where it was placed in the form of unfitting music memes. It was used in the form of replacement remixes. Most memes were based on the opening lyric from "Fireflies".[2]
