The rip plays gameplay footage of a modded version of the level with the following changes:

The advertised track's instruments and vocals are arranged into "Friend" by C418. From 1:02 to 1:17 and from 2:16 to 2:30, vocals from "Friend" are mashed up with the track.
At 2:30, the Twilight Sparkle balloon is changed to be C418's head, and Applejack says "Daniel!" (C418's real first name) instead of "Twilight!"
As is customary with most Friday Night Funkin' rips, the player character dies despite winning the level. In this case, instead of dying after the track ends, the death animation accompanies the end of the track.
