GilvaSunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips Volume 5[1] is a low quality album released by SiIvaGunner. It is a bait-and-switch shitpost album similar to Volume 2 mostly comprised of edits of The Nutshack theme, specifically remade versions of videos originally posted to Eziam One's YouTube channel.[2]
Since it is a joke album, it was not released on Bandcamp, and download links were instead given in the description of the video "Careless Announcement". Two versions of the album were released, appearing to be in MP3 and FLAC file formats respectively. In both versions, however, all tracks are WAV files (except one) and the only difference between them is the size of one of the bonus images.

- Both versions of the album contain absurdly large images of Tito Dick taken from the opening of The Nutshack. The MP3 version has "Dick Dickman.png", which is 10500 by 7875 pixels, while the FLAC version has "Dick Dickman FLAC.png", which is 15000 by 11250 pixels.
- "lilith-brismol.png" is a drawing of Lilith Bristol from Absolute Duo in the style of Triple Q's "smol idol" artworks.
- "Tweets.jpg" is a screenshot of notifications of two deleted tweets by @GiIvaSunner reading "I will never release a volume 4" and "Did I say four? I'm sorry, I meant five."
