"Go For It! -Tournament- - Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories II" is a high quality rip of "Go For It! -Tournament-" from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories II.

Jokes[]

This rip plays the Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team arrangement of "Cyber Battle" from Mega Man Battle Network 4 Red Sun and Blue Moon.

At the beginning, the melody changes to the brass intro from "Y.M.C.A." by Village People. At 0:06, the melody changes to "Bumble Bee" by Bambee. At 0:19, the melody changes to "Meet the Flintstones". The rip loops over at 0:31 and 0:55.

The entire rip has heavy reverb, and, after fading out starting at around 0:59, abruptly returns at 1:08 for the first two notes of "Meet the Flintstones".

The rip does not feature "Go For It!" from the Kingdom Hearts series as one would expect; instead, "Go For It!" is the theme of battles (generally in a tournament format) in the Olympus Coliseum world in the series, and the rip's title redundantly appends "-Tournament-" to it to make a joke about the presence of tournaments as the central plot device of Mega Man Battle Network 4.

Trivia[]

  • The version of this rip on SiIvaGunner's Highest Quality Rips: Volume L [Side B] does not feature the reverb or the abrupt ending. In addition, it slightly alters the "Y.M.C.A." intro to "Young Man" by Epaksa, adds one note to the "Bumble Bee" section (changing "until" into three syllables), and has the melody change to "Battle Field" from Mega Man Battle Network 6 at 1:08, replacing "Meet the Flintstones".
  • This rip was made the featured video for returning subscribers on June 1, 2023, possibly either due to it using "Y.M.C.A." as a joke, or due to it being the debut of "Bumble Bee" on the channel four years before its rise to prominence during Season 7.
