The Good Night Break is a one-week long pause of the SiIvaGunner channel from May 30 to June 7, 2016 following the rip "Good Night - Undertale".

In the lore, this is the first time SiIvaGunner goes to sleep.
The second time would be on Father's Day, during the first Reboot ARG.
The third time would be for the Channel Ending. The ending also shows us SiIvaGunner's last words (as of now), which are "good night", as a call-back to this event.
Summary/Timeline[edit | edit source]
On May 30, 2016, the rip "Last Goodbye (Alternate Mix) - Undertale" was uploaded. "Last Goodbye - Undertale" was one of the last videos before the original GiIvaSunner was taken down. Due to "Last Goodbye (Alternate Mix) - Undertale" originally being titled only "Last Goodbye - Undertale" (despite being a different rip), fans started to remember the original rip and the channel strike[1].
A few hours later, "Battle! (Wild Pokémon) - Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire", a rip reminiscent of the original first rip on GiIvaSunner was uploaded but with Snow halation replacing 7 GRAND DAD.
Then came "A "Weird" Announcement", a video announcement for the album GilvaSunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips: Volume 3 & Knigra.
Then, the original rip "Last Goodbye - Undertale" was uploaded and the previous one was subtitled "(Alternate Mix)". "Last Goodbye - Undertale" features additional visuals behind the Undertale logo from a certain boss of the game. Some people in the comment section then thought that SiIvaGunner was going to end again[2][3].
Finally, "Good Night - Undertale", a mashup between "Once Upon A Time", "Hopes and Dreams" from Undertale and "Goodbye to A World" by Porter Robinson, was uploaded.
SiIvaGunner didn't upload anything for one week, letting fans think that the channel was dead[4][5]. During this break, the ripper Triple-Q left the SiIvaGunner team[6][7].
However, on June 7, 2016, the channel restarted uploading hourly rips, starting with 【届けて 】ゴマエ「シーバガンナ」ティザーPV (a fake announcement), Megalovania (Beta Mix) - EarthBound Halloween Hack, Hyrule Field - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Green Greens Fusion Collab.
