This is based on the "Atlanta" Adult Swim sign-off, which itself uses elements from the "America" Adult Swim sign-off. Because this is the final video of the Cartoon Network Day & Adult Swim Night 2 event, the sign-off additionally doubles as a conclusion to event as a whole, parallel to 6:00 AM (a parody of Cartoon Network's "Good Morning" sign-on) being used as the opening.
In this bumper, the music from the aforementioned sign-offs is arranged to "Meet the Flintstones" and "Title Theme & Ending" is also played over that plays "The Star-Spangled Banner", referencing the music of the original bumper. At 0:13, Loud Nigra is pitch-shifted to the music. The music is accompanied by a scenery pan of Grandiose City, similar to how the original sign-offs showed a scenery pan of Atlanta and American landmarks respectively. At 0:34, the visuals zoom in on The Voice Inside Your Head's tower with the [siiva swim] logo on it, followed by an announcer saying "This concludes our broadcast day, Thanks for watching [siiva swim].". At 0:41, the owl from the "Atlanta" sign-off is shown in SiIvaGunner's color scheme, followed by the [siiva swim] logo on a black screen as the video ends.
