The rip plays gameplay footage of a modded version of the level with the following changes:
- The instrumental and vocal melodies have been changed to "Astronaut in the Ocean" by Masked Wolf. The vocal melody is deliberately off-sync from the instrumental, in reference to this TikTok trend.
- Boyfriend and Girlfriend's animations have been edited to be slightly off, in conjuction with the vocal melody being off-sync. Boyfriend shakes inexplicably in his idle animation, and his singing animations are improperly aligned. The torsos of the Tankmen holding Girlfriend at gunpoint are off-sync with the rest of their bodies, and the watchtower in the background is slightly offbeat as well.
- As is customary with most Friday Night Funkin' rips, the player character dies with blue balls before Tankman's last turn could happen. Tankman's game over line quips: "That was... terrible. Just terrible." In addition, "Game Over (Don't Stop)"'s vocal melody is off-sync as well.
