"Heartache (OST Version) - Undertale" is a high quality rip of the OST version of "Heartache" from Undertale.

This is a remake of the VvvvvaVvvvvvr rip "Toothache - Puffstale", which mashed up the advertised track with "Reese's Puffs Rap". This rip does the same thing, but also adds pitch-shifting in some parts and has elements of the Reese's Puffs rap instrumental arranged to the track.
At 1:27, there's a white flash and the Undertale logo changes to the Puffstale logo with an animated Asriel boss fight background similar to "Last Goodbye - Undertale", but only with shades of yellow, brown, and orange (to match the Reese's Puffs). At the end of the rip, the background fades to black.
