"Hello :)" is a high quality lore video announcing the beginning of The Harlem Shakeover.

Content

The video begins showing a pile of rubble with various remains of King for Another Day contestants and other 'dead' SiIva memes scattered throughout. These include: The Jetsons' ship, Metal Ajit Pai's gun, Michael Jackson's hat, Johnny Bravo's mirror, Jack Black's octagon sign, Inspector Gadget's head, a destroyed Nico Nico, and Metal Ajit Pai's helmet with its eyes still glowing. The scene is accompanied by ambient wind noise; the intro of "Loneliness" from Tengami is briefly sampled.

The lights in Metal Ajit Pai's helmet fade away, followed by the ground shaking and several orange orbs emitting from the helmet and flow into the lighthouse, turning the mirrors of the lighthouse orange.

The video fades to SiIvaGunner's computer, which also begins flashing orange. On the computer are various mp3 and FLP files, FL Studio, Audacity, Microsoft Paint, a fake Adobe product with it's icon reading "Pp", Windows Movie Maker, VLC Media Player, Avast Antivirus, the figment transporter seen in the CCC, as well as a Grand Dad icon and a picture of Robbie Rotten, Angry Joe and Nico Yazawa, with the background being a picture of Wood Man saying "nice". The screen begins buffering and flashing, with icons disappearing.

This is followed by a Reese's mug appearing and a cartoon Ajit Pai appearing out of it, accompanied with the King for Another Day "Harlem Shake" arrangement. Ajit begins talking, with his text sounds being the "Kolo" from Harlem Shake. Pai states that a gust of wind scattered his ashes over the SiIvagunner mainframe and has gained access to all of SiIvagunner's files and that he can upload whatever he wants. He further states that fans will like the direction of the takeover as it "provides opportunities previously restricted by these KFAD-era regulations", failing to elaborate further on what that means. He states that he will run this meme into the ground before stating "NOW DO THE HARLEM SHAKE", and disappears, while the lighthouse is seen completely orange with the sky behind it also tinted orange, while the video fades out.

At the end of the video, various Ajit Pai and Harlem Shake related videos appear in rapid succession accompanied by "Victory! Metal Ajit Pai - SiIvaGunner: King for Another Day". The videos include: "PSA from Chairman of the FCC Ajit Pai", "DO THE HARLEM SHAKE (ORIGINAL)", Ajit Pai Reads Mean Tweets (with the green screen background showing his loss to Wario Partners, LLP.), "SpongeBob,Patrick,Mr Krabs & Squidward Does The Harlem Shake", Harlem Shake Live performance at Coachella 2013 and this CNBC Ajit Pai interview. The video ends with the text "The Harlem Shakeover".

Surprise! Did you miss me? ... Uh, it's me, Ajit Pai. Don't you remember? Former chairman of the FCC turned pile of dust turned giant robot with a vengeance? Ring a bell? Well don't fret, you are all going to get to know me very well, very soon! Isn't it convenient how that gust of wind scattered my ashes all over the SiIvagunner mainframe? Now that I have access to all of SiIvagunner's files, I can upload whatever I want, whenever I want! And what good timing too, this channel has gotten a bit stale lately... and I believe it's important to shake things up every now and then. ...you like what I did there? Oh come on, what's with that look? U mad, bro? I only want to make you smile.  :) I realize that many are critical of my vision of a Harlem Shakeover, but rest assured. You can still do everything you've always done on the channel. Like, everything. All of it. All of it. Fans will find that this new direction provides opportunities previously restricted by these KFAD-era regulations! No, I will not elaborate even remotely on what that means. But you can count on one thing for sure... We are going to run this meme straight into the ground. NOW DO THE HARLEM SHAKE!
