Here Comes Pacman, sometimes called "Pacman Smoking Crack" is a minor SiIvaGunner meme that originated from YouTube user Haakor, and was popularized by being a major meme on VvvvvaVvvvvvr. The video usually associated with this meme is "Here Comes Pacman" which itself is a parody of a Pac-Man skit by Bloodhound Gang for their song "Mope". In the video, Pac-Man offers two men crack cocaine, who comically refuse and say "drugs are bad!". Disregarding this, Pacman smokes some, and subsequently dances while the Pac-Man theme plays.

When Here Comes Pacman appears, a voice is usually heard saying "Aww shit, here comes Pac-Man," then followed with some of Pac-Man's lines from the video. The meme first appeared in the rip "Cheap Cheap the Cooking Chicken's RAP (Gamma Mix) - PaRappa the Rapper".
