The rip begins with using the rip "hurt.ogg - Minecraft". At 0:05, the rip cuts to Inspector Gadget from "Minecraft with Gadget" edited over "A Sorry Announcement.", as a voiceover similar to Gadget's voice in said video reads out parody of "So Sorry.", Logan Paul's infamous apology video created to respond to his suicide forest controversy, this time with the lines changed to reference "Minecraft with Gadget":

What I did to Mike Matei on that day was obviously unplanned. The reactions you saw on tape were raw; they were unfiltered. I didn't know how to react or how to feel. I should have never posted the video. I should have put the cameras down and stopped recording what I was going through.

There's a lot of things I should have done differently but I didn't. And for that, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry.

I want to apologize to the internet. I want to apologize to anyone who has seen the video. I want to apologize to anyone who has been affected or touched by mental illness, or depression, or being named Jerome. But most importantly, I want to apologize to the victim and his family.

For my fans who are defending my actions, please don't. I don’t deserve to be defended. The goal with my content is always to entertain; to push the boundaries, to be all-inclusive. In the world I live in, I share almost everything I do. The intent is never to be heartless, cruel, or malicious.

Like I said, I made a huge mistake. I don’t expect to be forgiven, I’m just here to apologize.

The Inspector Gadget theme plays during this. At 0:24, 0:38, 0:45, and 1:07, the rip shows the original "Minecraft with Gadget" video, including a frame from "Calm - Minecraft". At 1:10, the Inspector Gadget theme ends, as white noise begins to become louder. Starting at 1:19, several slowed down clips of Mike Matei raging during games begin to be added. At 1:25, several images of Mike Matei begin to fade in.

At 1:39, the rip abruptly cuts an image of Mike Matei that was also used as the banner for April Fools' Day 2018, followed by flashing several clips of Mike raging. At 1:40, it cuts to the music video for "The Fall of Jake Paul", with Mike's face edited over Logan's and several lines from "Minecraft with Gadget" and different clips of Mike raging mixed with "The Fall of Jake Paul". At 1:47, the Cinemassacre logo appears, as a different image of Mike Matei, associated with the "Jigging Mike" meme appears to grab the logo and a chainsaw sound effect begins playing. This is then followed by several zoom in frames of said image of Mike with the Cinemassacre logo edited over the Inspector Gadget and a frame of Gadget from "Minecraft with Gadget". During these, the Cinemasscre logo is edited to intially remove "Cine", before the text fully changes to "imgur.com/D5xlSei". This is then followed up by Gadget shooting Mike with the chainsaw right before the rip ends.

Additionally, the catchphrase is changed to reference both the catchphrase used for the April Fools' Day 2018 event (Go-Go-Gadget Channel Description!) and Logan Paul's Birthday (Please get your merch (link in channel description)).
