This track is used for the overworld map of the Super Mario Bros. 3 world of the same name. The song would later be rearranged/reused in Super Mario All-Stars, Mario Party ("Slowly, Slowly"), Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door ("Mystery E-Mail"), and Super Mario Maker 2 ("Snow Theme - Super World" and its editor variant). The melody is also quoted in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate arrangement "Fortress Boss - Super Mario Bros. 3".
