The rip starts off with video footage of a dark, empty room in an industrial building. with a TV set in the middle of the room. At 0:02, the TV turns on, and "Horse", a remix of the advertised track, plays, with the TV screen displaying the box art for the advertised game in reference to "Intro Title / Minigame Theme - Barbie Horse Adventures: Blue Ribbon Race". At around 0:07, the camera zooms in on the TV screen as the music gets louder.
At 0:21, the music suddenly switches to an arrangement of "Despacito" in the style and instruments of "Horse". At 0:30, Barbie's head turns into Luis Fonsi's, the sky behind her turns into the "Despacito" music video, and the "Horse Adventures" text changes to "Despacito". In addition, the image pulses in time with the music, and a black iris oscillates in and out on the TV screen.
At the end of the arrangement, the image fades to black, followed by a grainy, over-saturated photo of Fonsi's face filling up the TV screen, accompanied with a bass-boosted "--CITO".
