This rip references the unintentionally unsettling nature of the advertised track.
As the advertised track plays, the rip displays slightly shaky footage of the game's box art displayed on a television screen, with some shifts in the camera's focus. At 0:15, Barbie's face gradually changes to a more realistic, sternly staring face. At 0:18, the box art becomes distorted, with Barbie's face warping into a grotesque smile with bulging eyes. Immediately afterwards, the screen zooms in on a corrupted version of Barbie's face, with the music freezing and the sound of someone screaming in the background.
At 0:20, the footage changes with a burst of static to an Emergency Alert System message about a "Serial Killer Emergency" for the town of Bedrock. In the emergency alert, it describes an unknown killer whose stated description matches that of Mr Rental. At 1:07, the alert system gets hijacked with a message stating that "EVERYTHING IS FINE", as a garbled clip of Mr Rental saying "Ban. All. Mashups." plays and Mr Rental's head appears very faintly in the background. At 1:10, the message switches to another burst of static to a black screen, which briefly displays the text "-33.92109000000001 18.42043000000001". At 1:14, a harsh sound plays for the rest of the rip.

The Bedrock state police have issued an alert for an unknown man last seen wearing a blue shirt, black trousers, black shoes, and glasses. The unknown man was further described as being five feet tall and 127 pounds. This white man is believed to be murdering people inside their homes wielding a Remington 870 Express Tactical and driving a blue leaded car. Anyone is advised to immediately go to your nearest home shelter. Anyone with information is asked to immediately call 911. Do not attempt to take action and endanger your safety.
