This is a remake of "King Tower - The Urbz: Sims in the City", an earlier rip with the same premise.
Like the aforementioned rip, the advertised track is mashed up with "King Kunta" by Kendrick Lamar, with it properly pitch-shifted to be on-key. Additionally, two more jokes are added to the rip as well.
- At 2:12, a brief sample from "Pissy Pamper" by Young Nudy and Pi'erre Bourne ft. Playboi Carti plays in sync with the word "goat" in the line "You goat-mouth mammyfucker", referencing the Playboi Carti Standing Goat.
- At 3:00, the scream from "The Love Plug" plays.
