History

"Komm, süsser Tod" was composed by Evangelion series composer Shirō Sagisu and performed by Arianne. The lyrics were adapted by Mike Wyzgowski from an original song written by Evangelion writer and director Hideaki Anno.

In The End of Evangelion, the song begins playing when Shinji accepts Human Instrumentality and continues to play throughout the entirety of Third Impact.
