The rip first plays one full unedited iteration of the song (in which the second pulse channel plays an echo to the first). For the second iteration, the second pulse channel is changed from playing echo to harmonizing the melody. The final two iterations before the rip loops and fades play traditional Japanese folk songs in the style of the source track.
The Wing Dungeon contains the Roc's Feather, which allows Link to jump. For the album title, "roc" was swapped out for "tengu," a winged creature from Japanese mythology.
