At 0:07, the advertised track is mashed up with "Stardust Speedway Present (JPN/PAL)" from Sonic CD. This mashup was most likely made because both tracks have similar instrumentation, as well as the same swing rhythm and key signature.
Similar to the rip "Lights, Camera, Action! - Studiopolis Zone Act 1 (Beta Version) - Sonic Mania", this rip actually uses a "beta version": the version that was distributed at the event on July 22, 2016. The song has since been slightly updated with Sonic Mania's release.
As with most Sonic Mania rips, the catchphrase references Totino's.
