Lose Life (also known as "Life Lost", "Done In", "Miss!", or "Defeat") is a frequently ripped track from Kirby's Dream Land on the SiIvaGunner channel.

"Lose Life" is an iconic track from the Kirby series' created by the composer Jun Ishikawa, making its first appearance in Kirby's Dream Land. The track itself is commonly used during moments where the player loses one of their lives by getting hit, or fails at a certain task.^[1]

The theme would continue to appear in every main game of the franchise.^[2]
