At 0:05, the sound of Loud Nigra panting begins playing, with it looped throughout the rest of the rip. At 0:26, a brief clip of him screaming plays. Starting at 0:36, the panting starts to become shorter and more rapid. At 0:55, a unknown audio plays right before the rip ends.
Seeing as this was uploaded during the Reboot, this may reference how Nigra is no longer able to make his main noise due to being semi-replaced by the Howie scream.
