No elements of the advertised game are present.

Instead, the rip plays this TikTok by JoJo Siwa promoting her song "Karma", except with JoJo replaced with Gegagedigedagedago Barbie, the vocals replaced with audio from "Cotton Eye Joe #cottoneyejoe" by TikToker @razioff, which are the vocals to the "Roblox Chicken Nugget / Gegagedigedagedago" video, and the captions changed to the lyrics from the "Roblox Chicken Nugget / Gegagedigedagedago" version of "Cotton Eye Joe".

Additionally, the credited composer refers to Brit Smith, who recorded the song "Karma's a Bitch" years prior to the release of JoJo's rendition of the song.
