"Main Theme (Alternate) - e" is a high quality rip of the alternate variant of "Main Theme" from e.

Much like the other rips of e, this references James Grime's "e (Euler's Number)" video on the Numberphile YouTube channel.

This begins as a parody of the rip "Main Theme - e" using "Mega Man", with it only playing parts of the song with the "e" vowel sound. As well as this, instead of the thumbnail, it uses an edit of the Mega Man thumbnail with only the "E" in "MEGA" visible.

At 0:16, it cuts to an animation based on Jay Eazy's promotional TikTok video for "Mega Man", with an image of James Grime from the aforementioned Numberphile video edited over the running legs of Jay Eazy from the TikTok video, and the floor and walls being made out of the thumbnail for e. As well as this, it plays "Mega Man" with various lyrics changed to lines from "e (Euler's Number)", including several instances of Jay Eazy saying the "e" vowel sound replaced with James Grime saying "e":
