This is a mashup of the instrumental version of the Family Guy theme and "Space Jam", which is heavily edited and pitch-shifted to match.
The video uses an edited version of the thumbnail for Family Guy Online with the following modifications:
- Peter Griffin is replaced with Charles Barkley as seen in the Family Guy episode "This Little Piggy".
- The computer mouse is replaced with a basketball.
- The title is edited to say "SLAMILY GUY ONLINE".
A pause follows the end of the mashup at 0:33. At 0:38, a picture of Seth MacFarlane's face superimposed on Barkley's body appears as the first note of the track plays.
