"Main Theme - Manhole-e" is a high quality rip of "Main Theme" from Manhole-e.

The rip plays gameplay footage of the advertised game. The numberphile fusion with James Grime / Jay Eazy from "Main Theme (Alternate) - e" replaces the characters that attempt to cross the empty manholes and the text is changed to "GAME e". When spawned, the "We're going to talk about 'e'" voice clip from "e (Euler's Number)" plays, and when crossing a manhole, an "E" voice clip is played. When two characters fall into a manhole at 0:53, a pitched-up version of the "Oh no, this is horrible!" clip from "Tomato 1 | POEM | Kids' Poems and Stories With Michael Rosen" by Kids’ Poems and Stories With Michael Rosen is played. At 0:55, the "Game Over" screen is shown, though the main text is edited to remove all but the "E" from the main name.
